Job summary

A leading consumer goods producer in Indonesia is looking for a Sales Supervisor. Your role will involve leading the sales team to achieve targets, creating strategies for teamwork and service, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Ideal candidates have a diploma or bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of sales experience, and can drive manual cars. Placement will be in Banten, Jabodetabek, or West Java, depending on company needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role.
• Preferably from FMCG Industries.
• Experienced in leading a team.
• Able to drive manual transmission and have a license for Car (SIM A).
