Job summary
A leading marketing recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing professional for a Food company based in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. The role involves developing digital content for social media and collaborating with the branding team to enhance brand communication. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing within the food or FMCG sectors. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop and Canva is essential. Knowledge of social media trends and branding strategies is also required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital content marketing for the food industry or FMCG.
- Business level of English required.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Our client is a Food company. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Staff.
- Develop and produce digital content for social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Create visual materials such as posters and packaging using design tools and software.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager or branding team to execute effective brand strategies and support overall brand communication.
- Stay knowledgeable about social media trends, platform-specific content styles, and influencer marketing.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication, Business Management, or any related major.
- Business level of English.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital content marketing for the food industry or FMCG.
- Competence in poster creation and graphic design using design software (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere, etc.).
- Highly proactive, hands‑on, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
