A global technology company is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (Server) in Jakarta Utara. This role focuses on overseeing AMD-led marketing activities for the Server & Cloud segments, managing key partnerships and driving market share growth through innovative marketing strategies. Candidates should have over 8 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in server hardware marketing.
The Regional Marketing Manager (Server) is responsible for planning, activating, and coordinating AMD-led marketing activities across Server & Cloud business segments.

The Regional Marketing Manager (Server) reports to the APeJ Server Marketing Lead and is responsible for planning and activating strategic marketing and channel programs for AMD’s resellers and Distribution Partners. He/she is also responsible for maintaining open communication lines between AMD Global Marketing, AMD Global OEM Marketing and AMD Regional Marketing teams in support of driving successful growth in server branded and server component devices.
Act as the regional marketing lead for Server Branded Systems and Components, with a strong emphasis on driving OEM-branded system growth through channel and ISV (Integrated Solution Vendors) partnerships.
Design and implement strategic GTM to accelerate market share and drive the adoption of EPYC-based platforms.
Coordinate and strengthen engagement with OEM, ODM, and SI partners at key industry and company-led events, particularly in sectors such as Telco and Cloud.
Collaborate with GTM and Business Unit teams to develop and deliver channel marketing initiatives and standardized program templates.
Partner with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver targeted marketing content that nurtures reseller and distributor engagement.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key Server stakeholders across product, marketing, OEM, and sales functions within priority accounts.
Align and execute regional and centrally driven marketing programs in close coordination with Sales and Corporate Marketing teams.
Oversee forecasting, planning, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, including AMD VIR programs.
Work in close partnership with the APAC Regional OEM Marketing team to roll out OEM-specific programs through key distributors and channel partners.
Manage project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure quality assurance and control across all deliverables.
Deliver post-campaign debriefs and quarterly incentive program reports, including ROI analysis and performance insights.
Develop and manage content nurturing streams and execute integrated marketing activations—ranging from digital (e.g., SEM, media buys, webinars) to physical (e.g., OOH activations, events, account days).
Demonstrate a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Relevant marketing work experience in the Semi-conductor, CE, IT industry or within an online/event-focused marketing industry (either corporate or agency background)
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university or equivalent experience or training
Minimum 8 years of experience with delivering world-class channel marketing/field marketing programs in the APAC region.
Outstanding communication skills with an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Confident user of the Microsoft Office suite with a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Copywriting experience and/or experience in graphics design is a plus
Project management experience working directly with cross-functional teams and multiple partners
Deep knowledge and expertise of server hardware marketing. Marketing Experience in driving topics in Cloud, Telco, Security, AI and Manufacturing is preferred
Demonstrate a strong understanding of server hardware, software, deployment (e.g., Hyper-Converged Infrastructure), and specific compute use cases (e.g. High-Performance Compute HPC).
Experience in developing and activating (GTM) strategies that leverage ODM, SI, Reseller, and/or Distribution Partner relationships to drive market penetration.
Experience working with ecosystem partners such as AWS, Azure, Google, etc would be a bonus.
Willingness and passion to travel a minimum of 30% to customer meetings and partner activity
Experience in B2B Account-Based Marketing; Able to demonstrate lead generation journey , from use of data about Customer Segmentation, developing key marketing assets/campaign/engagement platform, and eventually developing lead generation and close loop process of leads to pipeline with Sales.
