About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Employer Branding Associate to strengthen our company’s employer brand through impactful storytelling and engaging visual content. This role combines creativity, design, and on-ground engagement to showcase our culture and people, helping position our company as an employer of choice.

Job Description
Content Creation & Design
  • Design visual content such as social media carousels, posters, and infographics that reflect our brand identity.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos for employer branding purposes, including employee stories, team activities, and workplace highlights.
  • Produce and edit short videos for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Maintain consistency in brand visuals, tone, and messaging across all materials.
Brand Activation & Events
  • Support and attend internal and external events such as job fairs, career talks, and company celebrations.
  • Document and capture key moments from events, turning them into creative content.
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns that promote our company culture and employee experience.
Job Requirement
  • 1–3 years of experience in employer branding, social media, or creative content creation.
  • Strong skills in graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Ability to manage end-to-end creative projects independently.
  • Good communication in English and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable attending and documenting company or external events.
