Overview

At IBMC, we help international companies grow by managing their HR and hiring needs so they can focus on what they do best. We’re currently supporting one of our clients in finding a UI/UX Designer who will play a key role in shaping the user experience of their digital products.

Responsibilities

• Utilize storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Adapt layouts based on user feedback while ensuring adherence to font, color, and imagery guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
• Design visually appealing without sacrifice user experience value
• Working on landing page, e commerce and utility product
• Managing design feedback and address it into design carefully
• Sometime needed to produce original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables to enhance the user experience.
• Present design drafts to internal teams, incorporating feedback and iterating as necessary.
• Collaborate with developer to create design that suitable for wordpress

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with 3 - 4 years of experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity. Internship not included
• Previous experience working in an agency environment is required.
• Having capability in switching context with 2 - 3 project per day
• Have use figma for about 2 - 3 years with deep understanding of semantic color, variable, design token, auto layout and responsive
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Have a good understanding of business and translate it into design
• Familiarity with the forex trading world is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates willing to work under a hybrid policy will be prioritized.
• Having knowledge about CRO, SEO, Digital Marketing to support designing an efficient and effective website.
