Zusammenfassung
A financial services firm in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Finance Staff member to manage daily financial operations and prepare compliance reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 5 years of experience in finance, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in financial reporting systems. Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential. This role offers a working schedule from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in financial services, capital market, banking or securities industry.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and PSAK standards.
- Experience in audit firms (Big 4 or mid-tier) is an advantage.

Our client is a well-established financial services and securities company based in Jakarta. It is part of a Group, active in Indonesia’s financial industry since the early 1990s.
The company is a member of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and holds licenses from OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
Core Business Areas
- Securities Brokerage (Equity & Fixed Income) – Facilitates stock and bond trading for institutional and retail clients, locally and internationally.
- Investment Banking – Provides advisory services for IPO, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and capital raising.
- Research & Market Analysis – Offers in-depth financial market analysis, company research, and investment insights to clients.
- Asset Management (via affiliates) – Manages investment portfolios for individuals and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial operations including payments, bank reconciliations and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in compliance with PSAK and internal policies.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting and forecasting to support management decisions.
- Handle payment approvals, fund transfers and ensure accurate record‑keeping of all transactions.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for review by Finance Manager and Directors.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax consultants and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Support the preparation of tax calculations and submissions in coordination with accounting and tax teams.
- Review and verify expense reports, petty cash and other financial claims.
- Maintain compliance with OJK regulations and company policies.
- Support financial planning and provide analysis for business performance and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in financial services, capital market, banking or securities industry.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and PSAK standards.
- Experience in audit firms (Big 4 or mid‑tier) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work independently with high accuracy.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Working Hours: 9.30 AM – 7:00 PM
