Job Description

Job Responsibility:

• Maintaining, growing and deepening relationship with existing and prospective SME customers.
• Acquiring Revenue / Funding and minimizing attrition rate. Collecting market information and updating the customer database to achieve effective cross‑selling.
• Conduct sales activities within regulations (including Bank Indonesia regulations).
• Providing daily pipeline and activity reports.
• Ensuring the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process for customers.

Job Requirement:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
• 10 years of work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a relevant banking field (Relationship Manager Funding SME/Commercial).
• Strong passion and interest in selling various bank products.
• Highly initiative, strong analytical thinking, good persuasiveness and resilience (target driven).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and selling skills.
• Fluent Mandarin speaking is a must.
• Good networking skills in both formal and informal organizations across various levels of correspondence.
