Role Overview

The Accounting Officer is responsible for accurately recording daily financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards. They prepare monthly and annual financial statements and other required reports, perform bank reconciliation, and support tax administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and related reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Support tax administration processes.
• Act as liaison with external parties such as Public Accounting Firms (KAP), Tax Authorities (KPP, Dispenda), and tenants.
• Support operational needs of the BEFA group and BEFA itself.
