A leading professional services firm in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Executive Recruitment professional. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years in executive search, managing Partner-level or C-suite recruitment across Southeast Asian markets. You will work closely with partners to develop talent acquisition strategies, maintain candidate relationships, and advise throughout the recruitment process. Fluency in English, and proficiency in a second Southeast Asian language is a plus. This role fosters a collaborative environment aimed at strategic growth and leadership integration.

As a member of the ASEAN Executive Recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in helping us to achieve our Partner growth ambitions for the region.
This role ensures the firm attracts, assesses, and integrates top-tier executive talent aligned with strategic growth objectives.
Key markets in the region include Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines. It is essential therefore that you have a track record of working with/in at least three of these markets, ideally coupled with experience working with/in a professional services firm.
