Job Description

1. Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring high quality deliverables that meet both user needs and business objectives.

2. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs as necessary.

4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

5. Establish and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across platforms.
