About the team Mall Strategy Team focuses on initiatives that drive Brand Seller growth, and user's branded product shopping experience improvement on TTS platform. We are a central strategy team that design policies, strategic directions, and support infrastructure.

We work closely with Cluster team, Regional team, Campaign team, and User Growth team to facilitate the attainment of our strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the Indonesia E-commerce Mall Strategy Team, be responsible for parts of mall benefits/policies.
  • Drive the implementation of key strategic initiatives through data analysis, business planning, and project management.
  • Take ownership of project objectives by systematically decomposing business goals into actionable initiatives with clear logic. Can take efficient cross-functional communication to monitor and ensure target achievement.
  • Establish good collaborative relationships with all XFN, and achieve project goals. Meanwhile, effectively coordinate complex projects to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: Background in the e-commerce industry is required
  • Language Requirement: High-level fluency in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to be used as the primary language to communicate with the internal team, XFN, and external stakeholders who are non-Bahasa Indonesia speakers.
  • Analytical Skills: Need to have data analytical capabilities.
  • Business Acumen: Superior business insight and cross-functional coordination skills.

Ability to define execution paths and drive project deliverables within established business directions.

  • Mindset: Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.

Proactively identify business pain points and opportunities for optimization. Resilient under pressure with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: experience in E-commerce strategy or business analysis is preferred.
  • Project management: past experience in driving complex, cross-functional, and multi-cultural projects is preferred.
