A leading real estate company in Jakarta is looking for an experienced tenant service manager to lead initiatives and ensure tenant satisfaction. The position requires at least 5 years of experience in the field and strong communication skills. Successful candidates will manage inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests effectively.
Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Lead and execute strategic initiatives for tenant service.
Monitor tenant satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns.
Receive and track maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Ensure that tenants are kept fully informed of on-site operational issues, regulatory amendments, events, etc.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field.
Have strong communication skills and critical thinking.
