We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive Surabaya to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

What you'll do:

  • Actively seeking new clients.
  • Develop new business and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Visiting agent property around Surabaya based on a weekly target, showcasing our products and services.
  • Demonstrating the ability to effectively negotiate deals and close sales, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining a comprehensive database of clients and potential leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Taking responsibility for the administration process, including submitting, verifying, and updating client information in the database.

What you should have:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital company.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for sales and client management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain client connections.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and their own vehicle (preferably a motorcycle) for travel purposes.
