About the role

PT Dongsung Chemical Indonesia is seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Sales Service Staff to join our team in our Karawang, West Java location. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing and logistics processes.

What you'll be doing

• Identification and provide technical support and product knowledge to customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process improvements
• Assist the Sales Team with pre-sales and post-sales technical inquiries
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate chemical solution
• Product and technical support
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Breakdown technical problems and terminologies for customer
• Advising customer on product value and suitability
• Preparing activity report to Marketing Managers
• Maintaining professional relationship with customer
