A leading technology company in Indonesia is seeking an HRD Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations, manage payroll, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, and strong leadership and payroll management skills. Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
Develop and implement compensation & benefits policies in line with company strategy and government regulations.
Monitor employee performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions in accordance with labor law and company policies.
Provide advice and support to management and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with management to improve HR processes and contribute to organizational development.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Generalist or in a supervisory role.
Strong experience in payroll management and compensation & benefits administration.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR regulations, and compliance practices.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS is an advantage.
