Role Purpose

Reporting to the Office Manager at the Jakarta branch you will be responsible for providing sound advice, accurate information, and proper guidance to all prospective international students.

What Does This Opportunity Mean for You

We receive a large number of enquiries from our students. You will be responsible for counselling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, by email & in person.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Closely monitor and consistently follow up with students by maintaining a good relationship with them
  • Ensure accurate information is given to students
  • Maintain accurate details of each student and ensure that their information is kept up to date
  • Successfully accomplish the targeted number of applicants each time or go above and beyond set expectations
  • Able to handle conflicting and tough situations in a composed manner
  • Other related tasks as required by the business
Skills and Attributes Required
  • Fluent in English to effectively communicate with students.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any area.
  • Strong experience in CRM systems
  • Be customer-centric and can work in a cross-cultural environment Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal
  • Demonstrated team player
  • Possess competent knowledge of relevant computer skills
