Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations across multiple business units, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution.
  • Hire and onboard top-tier talent for MS Capital Group.
  • Build and improve workflows, processes, and operational strategies for business growth.
  • Manage key business initiatives, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping to drive decisions and business execution.
  • Develop and manage investor relations – prepare reports, pitch decks, and financial insights.
  • Optimize business efficiency by identifying areas for improvement in operations and cost management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are met effectively.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic consulting.
  • Strong ability to analyze and improve business processes.
  • Experience in hiring, people management, and investor relations.
  • Background in high-growth startups, investment firms, or consulting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
  • Fluent in English; excellent writing & presentation skills.
