Job summary

A leading hospitality firm in Jakarta Utara is looking for a qualified individual to oversee a service team. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with service standards, reporting incidents, and conducting training sessions. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Hospitality/Management, at least two years of experience in the food and beverage industry, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related position.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage Industry/Retail (Restaurant).
  • Knowledge of Food Safety Management System (GMP & HACCP) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the Service Team serves customers according to SOP.
  • Report every incident at the outlet to the superior.
  • Calculate the outlet costs and expenses routinely.
  • Create Sales and Marketing reports periodically.
  • Conduct training to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead briefings when starting a shift.
  • Ensure grooming standards are in accordance with the provisions.
  • Ensure the supply of equipment and supplies through inventory.
  • Ensure the service sequence is in accordance with the procedure.
  • Ensure the team works according to SOP and HACCP standards.

Qualification:

Having knowledge of Food Safety Management System (GMP & HACCP)

Must be Fluent in English both written & verbal

Good management, leadership and problem solving skills

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast moving environment company
