A leading hospitality firm in Jakarta Utara is looking for a qualified individual to oversee a service team. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with service standards, reporting incidents, and conducting training sessions. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Hospitality/Management, at least two years of experience in the food and beverage industry, and strong leadership skills.
Ensure that the Service Team serves customers according to SOP
Report every incident at the outlet to the superior
Calculate the outlet costs and expenses routinely
Create Sales and Marketing reports periodically
Conduct training to improve customer satisfaction
Lead briefings when starting a shift
Ensure grooming standards are in accordance with the provisions
Ensure the supply of equipment and supplies through inventory
Ensure the service sequence is in accordance with the procedure
Ensuring the team works according to SOP and HACCP standards.
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Management or equivalent from reputable university
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related position
Having experience in Food & Beverage Industry/Retail (Restaurant)
Having knowledge of Food Safety Management System (GMP & HACCP)
Must be Fluent in English both written & verbal
Good management, leadership and problem solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast moving environment company
