Main Responsibilities

• Implement standard operating procedures.
• Run staff development and training.
• Make decisions on site for daily operational issues.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Prepare Daily Closing Report for Finance & Accounting Dept.
• Understand commission rules or payment system for employees.
• Work as part of a team with other departments (HRD, FA, et cetera).

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: SMU, Diploma, or Bachelor degree from any discipline.
• Willing to relocate and commute to all branches in Jakarta and Surabaya.
• Experience as Store Leader, Store Manager, or Supervisor in Beauty clinic/Salon/Hospitality fields.
• Strong passion for beauty services, especially eyelash, nails, and grooming.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Availability to work outside usual hours when required (e.g., weekends, evenings, public holidays).
