Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing effective, scalable, and customer-centric technical solutions for the telecommunications industry. You will act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring that the developed software solutions meet functional, non-functional, and operational standards.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development or solution design, with at least 2 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role.

Prior experience in delivering solutions for the telecommunications industry (e.g., OSS/BSS, network systems, billing, CRM, provisioning, etc.).

Skills

• Strong understanding of telecommunications concepts (e.g., GSM, LTE, 5G, IMS, VoIP).
• Proficient in system architecture design, including API integration, microservices, and enterprise application integration.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software development (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) and database technologies (e.g., SQL/NoSQL).
• Knowledge of security best practices, performance tuning, and high-availability architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
