Your Day To Day
  • Build effective social media strategy and content pillars aligned with social media guidelines from the global team.
  • Translate strategies into actionable plans by creating and maintaining an editorial calendar based on approved content and campaign documents.
  • Constantly bring new ideas with a test-learn-deploy mindset and provide actionable insights coming from analytic reports in order to advise the Social Media Manager for content improvement and refinement and if necessary, change action plan and strategy.
  • Supervise and control the budget allocation process to ensure delivery as per commitments.
  • Lead integrated briefing processes with external stakeholders and supervise ideation to ensure message consistency, fulfilling business objective and alignment with global communications.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Who we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or experience in innovative social media practices are a plus.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in social media management in a social media agency, digital agency, tech start-up, e-commerce or FMCG Marketing environment.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of key platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Familiarity with emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok) is a plus.
  • Data-driven with strong understanding of social media metrics. Experience with Sprinklr tool is a plus.
  • Advanced copywriting and content marketing skills.
  • Out of the box individual with passion in storytelling and creative thinking.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and tools is preferred.
  • Possesses a strong consumer centric approach, good interpersonal communication skills, and good project management skills.
  • Planning and budgeting skills are an asset.
