About Lakku: Lakku is a mobile platform created for Indonesia, designed to help small businesses and influencers make eye-catching advertising images in seconds with AI. SMEs can present their products like big brands, while influencers and users engage with the content, share it, and earn rewards. We want to build a vibrant community around it and are now looking for a great team to launch this new app in Indonesia.

Overview

You’ll run Lakku’s day-to-day content on Instagram and TikTok, create short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), localize trends to Indonesian culture, and keep our community active through comments and DMs. This is a hands-on creative role with clear output and growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Post daily content following Lakku’s 30-day calendar.
• Create Reels, Stories, and short videos (using trending sounds) and simple visuals with the Lakku app.
• Localize and adapt Indonesian trends; propose ideas for viral content that fits our brand.
• Collaborate with influencers/KOLs so content gets reshared and gains reach.
• Reply to comments/DMs, engage users, and keep tone SME-friendly.
• Track performance in IG/TikTok Insights; report what works and suggest improvements.
• Maintain consistent brand style and voice across channels.

Skills & Requirements

• Active Instagram & TikTok user; creative social content maker.
• Basic video editing for short-form (Reels/TikTok) — e.g., CapCut/VN/Canva (or similar).
• Excellent caption writing in Bahasa Indonesia (youth slang aware, SME-friendly).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian online culture and trends.
• English proficiency preferred for coordination with the global team.

KPIs / Success Metrics

• 30+ posts per month across Instagram & TikTok.
• +5k IG followers and +10k TikTok likes in month one (combined target across assistants).
• Timely community response (comments/DMs).

Compensation & Contract

• Expected monthly compensation: IDR 8,170,000 (paid in Indonesian Rupiah).
