Qualifications

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field of MEP engineering, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.
• Present a strong and diverse portfolio that substantiates technical skills and highlights past accomplishments in MEP design and implementation.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of building systems, construction details, and familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Showcase strong conceptual design thinking and proficiency in system planning to bring innovative and practical solutions to projects.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of overseeing MEP projects from concept development through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Adjust designs and plans to align with management needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and meet evolving project requirements.
• Manage, supervise, and coach the MEP team members, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities in designing advanced systems. Ensure timely production of accurate MEP design drawings and shop drawings.
• Leverage expertise in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP-specific software to enhance the overall design process.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and the ability to lead and motivate team members.
