A reputable healthcare company is seeking a technician in Pontianak to ensure the readiness and maintenance of hemodialysis and RO machines. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Electro medic and 1-2 years of experience in machine maintenance. Responsibilities include performing periodic maintenance, providing technical support, and creating reports. Good communication skills are essential for coordinating with clients and teams.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in related field.
- Able to compose daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Having active STR is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Check and ensure readiness of HD & RO machines before distribution.
- Carry out periodic maintenance through routine visits and record all activities.
- Provide technical training to customers in terms of machine maintenance.

- Able to operate the office and make daily/weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner

Responsibilities
- Check and ensure readiness of HD & RO machines before distribution
- Ensure that all equipment functions properly after it is handed over until it is used by the user
- Carry out periodic maintenance through routine visits and record all activities on the applicable "Technical Form".
- Perform problem solving (troubleshooting) on products if they experience problems, so that the use of spare parts is more effective and efficient
- Create daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports and activity plans regarding maintenance and major services
- Provide technical training to customers in terms of machine maintenance
- Provide technical support to other teams (clinical / sales) in trials, installations or technical-related presentations
- Working with the sales service team to increase product penetration
- Active and able to identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential business opportunities
- Ensure that all services are carried out on time and efficiently, resulting in customer satisfaction
- Maintain a database of all equipment including experimental machines and Company toolskits managed by each company
