Job summary

A leading battery technology company in Indonesia is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the SPE team and improve mass production processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years in the automotive or energy industry, a strong engineering background, and proficiency in data analysis tools like Minitab and JMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering relevant.
• Proficient in engineering tools such as FMEA, DOE, and SPC.
• At least 8 years of work experience in the automotive or energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for SPE team building and managing
• Lead in process activities during new product launching
• Responsible for continuous improvement of mass production (FTY/YU/Quality Improvement, etc.)
• Responsible for on-line FA and process optimization
• Support on customer audit
• Responsible for new team members hiring and training

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering relevant (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, etc.)
• Familiar with 6Sigma and other engineering methods
• Proficient in FMEA, DOE, FTA, 8D, SPC, MSA and other engineering tools
• Familiar with IATF16949 quality system
• Strong data analysis with Minitab or JMP and processing capabilities
• Strong logical analysis ability, communication and coordination ability
• At least 8 years of work experience in automotive or energy industry or At least 3 years of work experience in team management
• English or (Being able to speak mandarin will be an added advantage)
