A leading property management firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee the financial performance of mixed-use developments. The role requires at least 8 years of experience in property management, strong financial skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, service charge allocation, billing/collections, and variance analysis.
Lead on‑site teams across multiple disciplines (engineering, security, housekeeping, tenant relations), ensuring high service levels and operational excellence.
Manage retail and residential operations—including tenant mix strategy, renewal negotiations, mall activation/events, and community engagement.
Oversee facilities management, CAPEX projects, preventive & corrective maintenance, inspections, and compliance with safety codes and statutory regulations.
Serve as the primary liaison for owners and investors, providing strategic insights, performance reporting, and recommendations to enhance asset value.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property/Facilities Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 8–12 years of property management experience, with proven exposure to residential/apartment buildings, mixed‑use, retail malls, or large multi‑building developments.
Strong financial acumen: budgeting, P&L responsibility, cost optimization, and contract negotiation.
Experience managing cross‑functional teams and multiple vendors at scale and having strong understanding of building operations, retail/residential tenant management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict‑resolution skills.
