  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive consensus and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Advocate for and contribute to the design system, balancing adherence and innovation to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Influence product strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement, presenting compelling design narratives to stakeholders.
  • Champion experience principles, ensuring simplicity, accessibility, and usability across all designs.
  • Provide mentorship, critique, and guidance to fellow designers, shaping a collaborative and high-performing design culture.

  • Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, preferably in HRTech, FinTech, or payroll ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building narratives around design work and influencing stakeholders.
  • Systems thinker with the ability to understand the impact of design decisions on broader product and user experience.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, and distributed team environment.
  • Experience with design systems, prototyping tools, and user research methods.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $59,900–$134,800 USD, determined by role, level, and location.
  • Flexible paid time off and 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Comprehensive mental health support services and wellness resources.
  • Stock options and learning/development budgets to support professional growth.
  • Home office setup budget and IT equipment provided.
