What you’ll be doing

• Develop detailed project cost estimates based on engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Analyse project scope, resource needs, and potential risks to provide accurate price and timeline projections.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine estimates and timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive cost and schedule documentation to support project reporting and invoicing.
• Identify opportunities to improve estimation processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

What we’re looking for

• 5 years of experience as a Project Estimator or in a similar cost estimation role within the engineering industry.
• Proven track record of providing accurate and reliable cost estimates and project timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess project requirements and risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficient in using cost estimation software and tools, such as spreadsheet modeling and AutoCAD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering.
