Job description

This role oversees all marketing placements, ensuring strategic delivery of communications through the right channels paid, owned, earned across digital, offline, and TTL activities. The position leads the planning, execution, optimization, and performance tracking of media investments and marketing activation to maximize consumer reach, awareness, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead media strategy development and placement planning for major launches and brand campaigns.
  • Own the performance of all placements: Paid Media (digital & offline), Social Channels, Retail Activation, PR, KOLs, and Partnerships.
  • Manage end-to-end GTM execution including timeline planning, budget allocation, channel mapping, and performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with Brand & Creative team to ensure campaigns are effectively deployed and optimized in-market.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (SOV, CTR, reach, conversion, etc.) for continuous improvement.
  • Identify new media opportunities, partnerships, and innovative channels to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Align closely with HQ and Sales Ops to ensure channel consistency and target achievement.
Requirements
  • 7+ years experience in media planning, marketing activation, or IMC management.
  • Prior background in major media agency handling top FMCG/tech brands or GTM/IMC roles in multinational brands.
  • Deep understanding of media ecosystem: digital performance, influencer/PR, OOH, retail marketing.
  • Strong analytical capability with data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working with large budgets and complex campaign rollouts.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
