• Oversee All Accounts, Ledgers, And Reporting Systems Ensuring Compliance With Appropriate IFRS Standards And Regulatory Requirements
• Coordinating All Audit Activities Within The Organization
• Clearly Communicate Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Financial Statements
• Improving Current Budgeting And Forecasting Process, Analysing Inefficiency And Potential Business Risks
• Ensure The Timely And Accurate Report Deliverance
• Working Closely With The Operations Manager And Acting As Finance Advisor To Bridge The Gap Between Operations Team And Accounting Team
• Involve As Top Reviewer In Day To Day Management Accounting, Statutory Accounting, Forecasting And Analysis, Budget Control Process.

Requirement

• At least 5 years of working management in technology-based companies: Fin-Tech and Banking with combined experience of Big4 Accounting Firm would be highly preferred
• Exposure in handle end to end finance & accounting, taxation and managing team is ideal
• Master degree, or MBA from a top tier business school are optional, but Bachelor's from related degree is a must
• Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills
• Independent, self-starter, initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Excellent business process improvements, analytical skill and willingness to be hands-on, and work within tight deadlines
