We're building an AI-powered regulation tool for the construction industry. We have a working MVP with positive user feedback and are now looking for a senior developer to take the technical lead.

The role will be fully remote (coworking seat can be provided) and you'll be working directly with the founder.

Requirements

Must Have:

5+ years of professional development experience

Strong expertise in Next.js, React, and TypeScript

Proficient in Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks)

Experience with PostgreSQL and modern database systems

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Very good English communication skills (written and spoken)

Self-motivated and takes ownership of work

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI/ML integrations (OpenAI API, LangChain)

Knowledge of RAG systems or vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, etc.)

Familiarity with Supabase or similar BaaS platforms

Experience with AI-assisted development (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Codex)

Previous experience in early-stage startups or SaaS products

Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

Database: PostgreSQL (Supabase with pgvector)
