Senior Brand Manager & Creative - Infinix

This role leads the full spectrum of brand communication and content development for Infinix Indonesia from strategic messaging and campaign storytelling, to production of creative assets across image, video, copywriting, and digital content. The position ensures that every communication touchpoint reflects the brand’s DNA, creativity, and innovation, while driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand communication strategy development for all product launches and brand campaigns.
  • Create and maintain a strong, consistent brand narrative that builds desire and drives conversion.
  • Oversee the full content creation lifecycle: briefing, creative direction, production, QC for video, visual, copywriting and social content.
  • Closely collaborate with Product Marketing (will under his team), Media & Placement, Sales Ops, and HQ brand teams to ensure alignment.
  • Manage and guide internal creative teams and external agencies (production houses, creative agencies).
  • Build scalable content systems for always‑on communication across channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance from a communication POV and continuously optimise messaging and creative.
  • Develop and enforce Infinix brand guidelines in Indonesia.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience in brand communication or creative roles.
  • Previous experience as Brand Manager in a multinational/local consumer brand or Creative Director/Strategic Planner in a leading creative agency.
  • Strong storytelling, creative thinking and trend‑spotting capability (Gen‑Z and youth culture focus is a plus).
  • Proven success launching major IMC campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Ability to bridge business objectives into creative strategy and content execution.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Strong familiarity with content production workflow (offline & digital).
