We are seeking an experienced Security System Management Manager to join our growing team at PT. OCS Global Services (OCS Indonesia). In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and overseeing integrated security management systems.

What you'll be doing
  • Conduct assessments to identify potential risks and security threats to customer physical and digital assets.
  • Design, implement, and maintain security protocols, policies, plans, and systems to address all possible threats.
  • Develop and implement solutions for security system management, covering both technical and physical systems such as surveillance, access control, and emergency response.
  • Calculate and determine the required number of security personnel for specific projects.
  • Create, develop, and implement standardized security procedures based on compliance standards and customer requirements.
  • Regularly review and audit security systems to ensure effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with security and facilities teams to develop and implement security strategies and protocols.
  • Provide training and support to operations teams regarding security system management, procedures, and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and industry standards.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • 5+ years of experience in a security system management role, preferably as a consultant/advisor at manager level or within the security services industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in security system management.
  • Preferably certified in Gada Utama, Safety, Security Risk Management, or other quality/compliance‑related security certifications.
  • Familiarity with the latest security technologies and industry best practices.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to identify and address security issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant security regulations and industry standards.
