Job Description:
Selling the company's products or services to customers.
Identifying new prospects and building relationships with potential customers.
Promoting products to increase awareness and purchase interest.
Maintaining good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Handling customer complaints with effective and satisfactory solutions.
Following up with prospects and existing customers.
Understanding the sales targets set by the company.
Developing strategies to achieve or exceed those targets.
Negotiating prices and contracts with customers.
Recording sales activities, prospects, and customer visit outcomes.
Preparing weekly or monthly sales reports for management.
Analyzing market trends and providing input for product development.
Collaborating with the marketing team and other teams to optimize sales strategies.
Participating in training or company activities to enhance skills.
Serve as the face of the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Uphold the company’s values and maintain a professional image in all interactions.
Qualifications:
SMA/SMK/D3/S1 Degree required
Minimum of one year experience in the water treatment industry.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a natural ability to connect with people.
Quick thinker with the ability to address client concerns effectively.
Able to communicate, write, and read in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus) .
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
