Job summary

Day-to-Day Sales Activities
  • Manageday-to-daysalesactivitiesforassignedMTaccounts
  • Negotiateshelfspace,displayplacements,andpromotionalagreementswithbuyers.
  • Monitorsell-inandsell-outperformance,ensuringtargetsareconsistentlyachieved.
  • Conductregularbusinessreviewswithkeyaccountbuyerstoidentifyopportunitiesforgrowth.
Merchandising & Store Execution
  • Ensureproductavailabilityandzerostock-outsacrossallMToutlets.
  • Implementplanogramcomplianceandmaintainpremiumvisibilityinallassignedstores.
  • Executein-storepromotions,secondarydisplays,andPOSMplacementtomaximizeconsumerengagement.
  • Monitorcompetitors’activities(pricing,promotions,availability&visibility)andprovideactionableinsights.
Reporting & Data Management
  • Trackandreportsalesperformance,marketshare,andinventorymovementforMTaccounts.
  • Prepareweeklyandmonthlysalesreportsformanagementreview.
  • Providestore-levelinsightsandfeedbacktoimproveproductstrategies.
  • WorkcloselywiththeMarketingTeamtorolloutpromotionalcampaigns,sampling,andconsumerengagementactivitiesinMTstores.
  • CoordinatewiththeSupplyChainteamtoensuresmoothproductdistributionandtimelyreplenishment.
  • Supportfieldsalesteamsbyprovidingupdatedinformationonpricing,productlistings,andpromoprograms.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in Merchandiser, key account management, from lifestyle products tobacco, e-cigarette, alcohol industry or hospitality are really welcome
  • Strong knowledge of nightlife culture and consumer behavior in Jakarta or Bali : Denpasar, Kuta, Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu, Nusa Penida, Kuta Lombok, Gili Island & Sumba or tourist area.
  • Well-connected with key stakeholders in Key Account outlets (owners, managers, promoters).
  • Proven ability to drive sales and execute activation programs.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Willing to travel within assigned areas.
