Job description

Report directly to the Sales Manager (Jakarta Office)

To visit all assigned or potential customers in their territory, communicate, and persuade the customer to buy our product regularly

A daily/weekly/monthly visiting report to make sure the job is done and the sales target is achieved.

Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints

Maintain an updated knowledge of the company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritising

Collaborate in the team to plan and develop effective sales strategies, and to set goals and targets

Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing, and inventory

Maintain contact with clients to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base

Display and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase

Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics, and regulations

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any Chemical Studies or Business/Management/Economy Studies
  • Preferably a candidate who has 2 years of experience in a well-known chemical trading company in Indonesia as a salesperson in charge
  • Working under minimum supervision, working hard, and sales results-oriented
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Have a valid driving license (SIM-A)
  • Discipline in time management
  • A person who is easy-going, talkative, and socially easy to blend with people, from fieldworkers to top-rank management
