Job Description
  • Direct, coordinate and create company sales and marketing revenue.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and handle any complaints in a proper manner.
  • Monitor database of prospecting clients through the sales force system in order to achieve the agreed target.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
  • Establish and implement short- and long‑range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans that identify marketing opportunities and new project development.
  • Handle customer quotations, cancellations or changes in sales orders, and communicate the changes to related departments to avoid any unnecessary problems.
  • Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits and promotion programs.
  • Be responsible for sales revenue and profit targets.
