This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jabodetabek area for a Sales Leader.
The Sales Leader will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, manage team members, and ensure sales targets are met.
Responsibilities include supervising and motivating team members, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing sales performance. The role will also involve conducting training sessions for team members and ensuring high standards of customer service.
