A leading retail company in Indonesia seeks a Store Operations Manager to manage daily operations across branches, enhance customer experience, and oversee inventory management. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of retail experience, including 1 year in management. Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Bahasa are essential for this role.
Manage daily store operations across all branches, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Conduct regular visits to each branch to monitor performance, provide support, and maintain operational consistency.
Ensure all store operations align with the company's standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies.
Address escalated customer complaints and operational issues.
Address store teams’ performance issues by monitoring, evaluating, and providing guidance to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Identify areas for operational improvement across all branches and implement best practices to optimize workflows, efficiency, and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance by improving customer experience, elevating service quality, and strengthening operational standards.
Oversee inventory management and stock verification, ensuring accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and maintaining optimal stock levels across all branches.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations and support business growth.
Job Requirements:
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong communication (English & Bahasa) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with ERP systems.
Willing to be placed in BSD CITY.
