• Manage account-based strategies for upsell pursuits to optimize client engagement.
• Ensure consistency across all client touchpoints to deliver a unified narrative.
• Surface and promote client success stories through various marketing channels.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Ability to create compelling client-facing content.
• Strong interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaborative ability.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Exemplary communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Experience in digital health and/or employer benefits is a plus.
