A leading automotive component manufacturer in Indonesia is seeking a Human Resource staff member to manage recruitment processes and implement Kaizen activities. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00 and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Execute Section Target Achievement in line with the Policy Management (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, & Moral) deployment.
Conduct the annual Manpower Planning (MPP) process.
Manage the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement process.
Perform the administrative process for new employee data completion / file documentation.
Implement workplace improvement (Kaizen) activities to support overall company targets.
Execute and ensure the implementation of company activities and regulations.
We are a subsidiary company of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk and also an affiliated company of Triputra Group, running the business in the automotive component industry, which produces wheel rims for both two and four wheelers, supplying to Original Equipment for Manufacturer (OEM) in Indonesia as well as the export market. Our customers include not only the domestic market (Toyota, Daihatsu, Nissan, Astra Honda Motor, Mitsubishi, etc.) but also overseas, including Italy (OZ Racing), Hungary (Suzuki), Japan (Toyota, Suzuki, Nissan), Malaysia (Perodua & Isuzu), and Thailand (GM).
