Job Description

  • Develop And Implement Recruitment Strategies And Plans To Fulfill The Organization's Needs
  • Coordinate Internal Organization To Understand The Current Recruitment Needs
  • Identify And Utilize Various Channels To Attract High Quality Candidates
  • Lead Candidate Screening, Interview, And Selection Process, Ensure A Thorough And Fair Assessment
  • Manage And Supervise The Recruitment Team
  • Monitor Team Performance, Set Targets And Provide Regular Feedback
  • Oversee Onboarding Processes, Ensure The New Employees Receive Enough Necessary Training And Support
  • Coordinate With The HR Department To Develop Comprehensive Onboarding Program

Requirement

  • Business Mandarin and English proficiency (ability to communicate fluently in both language to expatriates/foreigners both orally and written regarding business matters)
  • Min. 3 years as HR Recruitment Manager/Talent Acquisition related position, experienced in handling hiring for areas and a massive number
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques and interview process, familiar with HR Software and ATS
  • Good communication skill, good leadership skill, good problem solving skill and interpersonal skill
