Job summary

Overview

Urgent Hiring! Location: Solo or Klaten, Central Java. Fluent in English and experience working with expatriates. We are looking for a QA Manager for our client, a leading multinational company in ladies’ intimate wear manufacturing.

This role leads the QA team and builds a quality mindset across employees, making sure QA systems are in place so that all finished garments meet customer standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Minimum 5 years of QA experience in garment manufacturing (intimates, bonding product, sportswear).
  • Solid understanding of lace, mesh, nylon/spandex, elastic bands, and foam padding.
  • Master about Quality Management System in Garment Industry, Know about tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality principal.
  • Good Intellectual, Leadership, problem analysis & problem solving.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the QA system in accordance with the Group’s standards, and drive Group-wide initiatives to enhance QA practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments, in-line and final inspections, and root cause analysis, including needle-control and metal-free inspection systems.
  • Provide technical guidance on fabric, trims, and garment construction (lace, elastic, padding, etc.).
  • Work closely with merchandising, technical, and production teams to resolve quality issues.
