ABOUT THE CLIENT Brought together the strong passion for the art of baking and experience in New York to establish one of the biggest Patisseries in the industry, providing a wide range of cakes and hampers for everyone\'s needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE Responsible for supervising, controlling the purchase of raw materials, cleaning equipment, packaging and other needs based on requests according to the Company\'s needs.

Location - Gandaria, South Jakarta
Reporting - Director

Responsibilities
  • Analyze the effect of price increase
  • Carry out good negotiations and communication both internally and externally
  • Identify, evaluate and select reliable suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, quality products, and competitive prices.
  • Negotiate effectively with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and conditions, including prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
  • Oversee the entire purchasing process from requisition to receipt, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with purchasing, such as supply chain disruptions, quality issues and financial losses.
  • Lead and develop the purchasing team providing guidance, training and support
Qualifications
  • Education of equivalent to a bachelor\'s degree
  • A minimum of SPVlevel experience, in the F&B industry
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Easily adapts to all work situations and can work individually or in a team.
  • Skillful in using Ms. Office and Qube/ERP Systems
  • Have a high leadership spirit
  • Comfortable in working under pressure
