A mining industry company is seeking a qualified professional to determine pump specifications, manage procurement, and support operations in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience. Key skills include leadership, professional communication, and knowledge of pump-related specifications. English proficiency and proficiency in Microsoft Office are necessary for this role.
Determining the appropriate pump specifications to support operations.
Preparing proposal documents in accordance with established standards.
Managing pump procurement and selecting the appropriate vendor.
Providing support to the operations and maintenance teams, including offering repair recommendations or resolving issues related to pumps that cannot be addressed by the respective teams.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years experience in same position in the mining industry (preferred).
Have knowledge and specifications related to pumps, diesel engines, electric motors, pontoons, and electrical systems.
Excellent in leadership and professional communication.
English proficiency (at least passive).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Head Office (and travel to Adaro Water operation area if needed).
