Job description

5–10 years(depending on the role level) of experience in electrical engineering projects.

Proven experience inproject execution, site supervision, andelectrical system design.

Prior involvement intendering processes, including BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimation, and technical proposal preparation.

Key Skills and Knowledge

Technical Skills:

Knowledge ofelectrical systems and components(HV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers, lighting, etc.).

Familiarity withinternational standards(IEC, NEC, IEEE).

Ability to read and interprettechnical drawingsandschematics.

Experience withAutoCAD,ETAP, or other electrical design software.

Preparation oftechnical and commercial bidsfor tenders.

Cost estimation andvalue engineering.

Coordinating with procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Knowledge ofcontract terms(FIDIC, local standards).

Soft Skills:

Project management andteam leadership.

Strongcommunication skillsfor client interaction and reporting.

Attention to detail andproblem-solving abilities.

Additional Assets:

Experience inspecific sectors(e.g., power plants, industrial, oil & gas, construction, infrastructure).

Fluency intechnical report writingand documentation.

Awareness ofsafety regulations and compliance standards.

Experience working in Korean companies is an advantage
