Job summary

A leading manufacturer of electrical appliances in Batam is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Engineering and over 3 years of experience in manufacturing. Responsibilities include making work plans, creating machine specifications, and ensuring machine setups. Knowledge in Six Sigma and electrical household appliances is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years work experience in Manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacture.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, 5S, Jig Fabrication is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make work plans and evaluate achievements.
• Create machine specifications and basic machine drawing concepts.
• Set up machines, check parameters, and verify drawing measurements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (Engineering with Major : Industrial/Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics) with over 3 years work experience in Manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years working experiences in manufacture.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.

Job Descriptions:

• Make work plans and actual evaluation of achievements
• Create machine specifications, basic machine drawing concepts
• Machine set up, check parameter and check drawing measurement
• Detail minded, result oriented, strong conceptual & analytical skill and able to work under pressure.

Knowledge on Six Sigma, 5S, Jig Fabrication is an advantage. Knowledge and hands-on experience with Electrical Household is an advantage. Able to use and learn manufacturing tools.
