Your Role in This Journey

Regional managers for the key commercial areas in JABODETABEK and Bali for the aesthetic market.

  • Achieve sales targets by implementing sales strategies, promoting products, monitoring sales performance to meet objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, especially chain aesthetic clinics to promote products and handle inquiries.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and regional teams to meet sales goals.
  • Submit regular reports on sales performance with insights for improvement and intended actions to align performance with objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate sales strategies, track and report sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Deliver key promotional messages and build trust with customers through professionalism.
  • Participate in sales programs to increase product awareness.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and trends.
  • Analyze the market and competitors to find new business opportunities.

Who We’re Excited to Meet
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, any major (Pharmacy or related science fields preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in aesthetic product sales (toxin, filler, skin booster, lifting, etc.)
  • Have existing business partner/customer
  • MS Office skills: Intermediate to advanced level
  • Strong implementation action plans and intensity to achieve results
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Experienced in working for a Korean company is a plus
