Job Description:

- Our client, a prominent U.S.-based company known for its wide and innovative range of construction and building products, seeks an expert to oversee and optimize lab operations and testing procedures.

- Demonstrate and present GCP products and their applications to consultants and architects.

- Resolve cement-related issues at batching plants and job sites by providing technical advice and solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, especially with Technical Managers, QC Managers, and Optimization Managers.

- Anticipate and assess shifts in market demands for cement and materials, and prepare for required adjustments.

- Conduct training sessions on products and cement for commercial teams and customers.

- Ensure that both existing and new products meet the requirements of customers and projects.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in the cement industry, with expertise in concrete technology and on-site troubleshooting.

- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently, with a self-motivated and positive attitude.

- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; fluency in English is an additional advantage.
