Job description

Product Development Manager (Healthcare/ Food)

Lead and supervise product development cycles from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality and cost-efficiency.

Create and maintain a product roadmap, incorporating feedback, market changes, and business priorities.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional team, design, marketing, and sales teams to align product strategy with market needs and company vision.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, analyze competitors, and pinpoint trends for innovation, leveraging Al tools to accelerate literature review, data extraction, and analysis.

Ensure understanding of requirements and development, as well as follow-up on local food supplement or health supplement or traditional medicine or regulatory licenses and applications, including but not limited to BPOM, SIREKA, HALAL, and so on.

Lead the Product Development, Regulatory, and Quality Control teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high product quality standards.

Drive product innovation, enhancement, and diversification to meet customer expectations and market trends.

Act as the primary point of contact between the product development team and other departments.

Job Requirement:

At least 5 years of proven experience as a product manager or similar role in a relevant field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Possess strong planning, organization, and analytic mind that's avid in problem-solving.
